After 25 years in financial planning and real estate development, I decide to move into full time mediation in 1999.
Because of my background, I am extremely comfortable with the real estate, investments, and business evaluation issues of a divorce.
I began in the mediation of CPS Cases and in 2006 was awarded by the State of Texas, the Ellis County Family Service award for outstanding mediation of CPS Cases.
I expanded my family and divorce mediation caseload and have specialized in that area of mediation for the last 10 years.
Recently, we have been named by the 40,000 readers of Society Life Magazine as “Tops In Tarrant” for 2020.
I experienced a very acrimonious divorce in my own life about 20 years ago and know first- hand the pain and sorrow involved.

Kay Cosby:
Kay is primarily involved in the pursuit of her own internet businesses. She is extremely knowledgeable in all computer related issues. She manages all our computer functions and mentors others in the computer area.
Also she is responsible for our monthly newsletters and their distribution.
She is a serious Christian and facilitates ladies bible studies and her Friday night home group.
